Handmade
All our pieces are hand drawn and hand-painted. The highly skilled artisans who created each piece have benefitted from skills passed down through generations. Every effort is made to create pieces of the finest quality, but small, natural imperfections can creep in and are what make each piece unique and rich in stunning details.
Care of Benjarong and Tong Noon
Handled with care these pieces will, just like any other bone china or porcelain, last a lifetime. Here are some guidelines:
• Benjarong and Tong Noon pieces contain gold or platinum paint. They must never be placed in a microwave oven
• Use a soft cloth or brush , with no abrasives, to clean pieces such as a vase, jar or lamp
• To avoid scratches ensure that pieces do not rub against any hard surface
• Hand wash using a gentle dish soap and a soft sponge
• Wash separately from other dinner items such as cutlery
• Be careful when heating pieces in an oven, probably better to heat on a plate warmer
Returns Policy
All the pieces represent tremendous value. They are being sold at 25%, or more, below the cost prices in 2015. This is a huge reduction compared with current retail prices for pieces of such quality.
Every effort is made to ensure that pieces are very carefully wrapped to prevent damage in transit. Items can only be returned if your order arrives damaged. If an order arrives damaged please email us immediately. You must return the delivery within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging. If the package is not returned as stated above, then your right to a full refund may be affected. The parcel including contents are your responsibility until it has been received by us.
Data Protection
Any details you provide in connection with payment and delivery will be treated in the strictest confidence.
